About our facilitator Richard Duncan: Richard has a 30-year track record working across five continents, assisting the management and leadership teams of organisations, sports and industry bodies, as well as governments, to overcome challenging problems using creative techniques and strategic planning methodologies to deliver often unexpected results. His style is relaxed, open and fun and he believes that this offers the best learning environment. His curiosity and constant drive to push for new ideas and solutions is deliberately challenging and designed to bring out the best in those he works with. Richard has held senior management and board positions for a variety of local and international companies and has a keen reputation as a highly engaging and effective presenter. NSW Fencing, authorised by the AFF, is pleased to endorse the 2025 Sydney International Fencing Camp – coach development stream, as the NSW Level 1 coaching course.  This is a high quality event, with a wholistic approach to coaching and to coach development, led by Maestro Enrico Di Ciolo (Italian Olympic Coach) and Maestra Virginia Di Franco. The camp is convened by Bill Ronald OAM, OLY, and hosted by Sydney University Sport.
